12/21/2002—Maryland Wing names 1st Lt Barth its senior member of the year
The Maryland Wing of the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) named 1st Lt Doug Barth of Clarksville its Senior Member of the Year at the 2002 Maryland Wing Conference held in Solomons, Md. Barth, who serves as commander of the wing’s Fort McHenry Squadron, also received wing awards for Public Affairs Officer of the Year and Professional Development Officer of the Year
